Using the Blendee application (the "App") means you agree to this legal contract with Blendee Team—the company that made, owns, and runs the App. This document (called the "Agreement") explains the rules for using the App. By downloading, opening, or using the App, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to every part. If you don’t agree with any part, don’t use the App.
· You must be 17 years or older). Using the App tells us you meet this age rule. Kids can’t use the App—if they do, it’s against this Agreement.
· You must be legally able to make contracts. If you’re using the App for a business, you must have the right to make that business follow this Agreement.
· When you make an account, give true, current, and complete info. You’re responsible for keeping your username and password safe. Anything that happens on your account is your responsibility.
· If someone uses your account without your permission, tell Blendee Team right away at Fengshiying176@163.com. Blendee Team might pause or close your account to protect the App.
Blendee Team lets you use the App, but only for your own personal use—not for business. This right to use the App isn’t for sharing with others, can’t be given to someone else, and can be taken back.
You must not:
· Use the App to do anything illegal, fake, or harmful.
· Take the App apart to study its code (like reverse-engineering).
· Stop the App from working normally or bother other users.
· Send spam, viruses, or other bad things through the App.
· Collect other users’ information without getting permission.
All rights to the App—including its code, content, logos, and updates—belong to Blendee Team or the people who let Blendee Team use them. These rights include copyrights, trademarks, and secrets. You can’t copy, share, change, or show the App’s content unless Blendee Team writes and says you can.
· The Blendee Privacy Policy explains how Blendee Team collects, uses, and keeps your personal information. Using the App means you agree to that policy.
· Blendee Team tries to keep your information safe, but no internet service is completely secure. We can’t promise your data will never be at risk.
The App might have AI that creates content. Remember: AI content might not be correct, complete, or good for all uses. Also, any advice from the AI isn’t professional—check it yourself before you use it.
The App is provided "as is"—what you see is what you get. Blendee Team doesn’t promise the App will always work, be error-free, or meet your needs. It also doesn’t promise the App can be sold, works for your specific use, or doesn’t break others’ rights.
Blendee Team won’t be responsible for any losses from using the App—like lost money, data, or business chances—even if we knew those losses could happen.
Blendee Team can change this Agreement anytime. The new version will be in the App or on Blendee Team’s website. If you keep using the App after the changes, you agree to the new terms.
· Blendee Team can stop your access to the App right away, without telling you, if you break this Agreement or the law.
· You can ask to delete your account by emailing Fengshiying176@163.com. After deletion, your account ends, and your data is removed as per Blendee Team’s rules.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where Blendee Team has its main office. Any problems with this Agreement will be handled only by the courts in that country.
